About Us

OTCTC is an organization comprised of information technology leaders from community and technical colleges throughout the State of Ohio. OTCTC began as a way to share technical information among these institutions.

On March 10, 2005, technology leaders from these institutions met at Columbus State Community College to form an official organization. At that meeting a Constitution and By-Laws were drafted and approved; membership fees were agreed upon; officers were elected; and a meeting schedule was created in which OTCTC members would meet every other month at a central location.
